Ultra-Processed Food and Parkinson's

UPF, now comprising more than half of the US diet, have been associated with dementia, metabolic dysregulation, obesity, multiple sclerosis, type 2 diabetes, and Parkinson's was recently added to the list. This course attempts to define ultra-processed food (UPF) and explain where they are lurking and how to replace them with a whole foods, plant-based diet.
